Discover encourages, recognizes and rewards employee volunteerism through our You Care, We Share Volunteer Recognition program. Employees can match their interests to the community's needs through a website that also enables them to track their volunteer hours.
Along with their contribution of time to personal charitable projects, employees participate in the annual JDRF Walk for the Cure and teach Junior Achievement in area schools.
