• Each year, employees demonstrate their generosity by donating to their charity of choice through our You Care, We Share Employee Giving Program. Last year, our employees donated nearly $1 million to more than 1,600 nonprofit organizations.

You Care, We Share Volunteer Recognition Program

• Discover Financial Services encourages, recognizes and rewards employee volunteerism through our You Care, We Share Volunteer Recognition program. Through a special You Care, We Share Web site, employees can find opportunities and track their volunteerism hours.
• Along with their contribution of time to personal charitable projects, employees participate in the annual JDRF Walk for the Cure and teach Junior Achievement in area schools.
